Hi, I’m Kaylee :)

Most recently, I was a technical writer at Axoni, where I wrote a variety of documentation — primarily for technical audiences, but also for non-technical users — such as API guides and release notes. Before that, I honed my understanding of the SDLC and knowledge management as a software engineer and technical product manager at Mastercard, with a focus on analysis, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
